Paleo Nick's Spice Blend Recipes

Put those Paleo Grind spices blends to work with a few of Nick's favorite recipes.

Super Radical Ribs

Coat ribs generously on all sides with the rib rub. Place gently on a foil-lined sheet and roast at 300F for three hours or until tender. Eat, enjoy and don't forget the napkins!


Ga Ga Garlic Shrimp

  • 1 pound wild shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tbsp Ga Ga Garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season shrimp generously with Ga Ga Garlic and add to pan. Cook for 3-5 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through with a crispy garlic coating. Feast.


Three-Step Cheechako Takos

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Cheechako Tako
  • 1 lb ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken, pork)

Heat oil and 1 tbsp Cheechako Tako in a  pan over medium-high heat. Add ground meat to pan and top with remaining 1 tbsp Cheechako Tako. Fold spice blend into meat and cook until done, approximately five minutes. Serve over lettuce wraps with your favorite guac and salsa toppings, you culinary ninja you!


Freaky Fish Fingers

  • 8 oz. white fish cut into finger-size pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Greek Freak
  • juice of 1/2 lemon

Heat a skillet over high heat and add the oil. Season fish fingers on all sides with Greek Freak. Place fish in the oil and try regularly until cooked on all sides.


Victorious Cauliflower Steaks

  • 2 heads cauliflower, sliced into 1.5" steaks
  • 4 tbsp Veggie Victory
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Rub the cauliflower steaks with olive oil and sprinkle Veggie Victory onto both sides. Place on a foil-lined sheet pan and roast at 400F for 40 minutes, turning half way. Remove from oven and enjoy as is or pair with your favorite protein for a well-balanced meal.


Lemon Pepper Pork Loin

Preheat oven to 400F. Place the pork loin in a bowl and coat on all sides with Lemon Pepper Love. Move seasoned pork loin to a baker's rack on a foil-lined sheet pan, and roast to an internal temperature of 130F. Rest at room temperature for 20 minutes, then slice and eat.
